Police are seeking information after a man in his 50s was found injured in Balcatta last week.
On May 30 a 55-year-old man was found injured in his silver Hyundai i30 hatchback at the intersection of Cedric Street and Karrinyup Road in Stirling about 11.25pm.
Officers said it was believed the man had been standing near his car that was parked near the intersection of Fry and Cedric Streets when a group of men assaulted him.
The man was allegedly stabbed and robbed before the group fled.
He managed to drive to the Stirling intersection where he stopped to call emergency services and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance.
Police wish to speak to the drivers of two vehicles, a 4WD travelling on Cedric and Amelia Streets about 10.30pm and a van travelling on Felton Street, and urge anyone with dash-cam footage of the area around Cedric Street, Karrinyup Road, Amelia Street and Felton Street between 10.20pm and 11.20pm on May 30 to come forward.
